Privacy notice

Version 2026-10-08

This notice explains what happens to the personal data you send us through the contact form on this website, and to the little we learn from your visit.

Who is responsible

Infinite Device Labs Oy (business ID 3524893-8, Helsinki, Finland) is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us about anything in this notice at privacy@infinitedevice.xyz.

What the contact form collects, and why

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.

To keep the form free of spam without a CAPTCHA, the service that receives it also records a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent. These are deleted after 30 days.

Who processes it for us

We don't sell your data or use it for marketing, and nobody sends you an automatic reply.

How long we keep it

speir deletes your enquiry six months after it arrives. The email in our inbox is kept for as long as the conversation it belongs to is useful, and is deleted when it no longer is.

Website analytics

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and doesn't track you across sites. We only see totals, such as page views and how many enquiries were sent.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our using it. Email privacy@infinitedevice.xyz and we'll reply within a month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Finland, that is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version gets a new version number at the top of this page.
